Interested in New York City’s Cooperative, Community-Controlled Economy?

We’re so glad you’re here!

There are many different ways to get involved. Most weeks of the year, our member groups host events that are open to the public. If you want to connect locally, check out our “Seeding Solidarity” map to find out which groups are working in your neighborhood. We also welcome volunteers, so if you want to support our work, let us know your skills and interests through the volunteer sign-up form below.

If you are already part of a cooperative or democratic group and interested in joining CEANYC as a member, check out our Membership page to learn about the benefits of the network. If you’re not ready to join, we offer customized Solidarity Economy 101 workshops for all groups with aligned values who are interested in learning more about democratic governance and collective ownership models. Our Solidarity Economy 201 (free for members) focuses on leadership development, skills, and culture for conflict resilience in groups.
